Step 1: Log into Windows Live Hotmail
To login to mail services, visit mail.live.com, where you will have to login to Windows Live Hotmail. If you are already logged in you can skip to step 2. Enter your username and password to sign in.
Step 2: Go to account services
You will need to go to Windows Live Services to change your password for Messenger/ all other Windows Live applications you use. When you are logged in click your email address above the options button near the top right hand corner. Then select 'View Your Account'.
Step 3: Change your password
In the account summary page you can edit all your personal details, from your name, to your address. To change your password look at the change password option and click on it. This will bring up a window where you can change your password.
