The setup no longer has the tendancy to come up with an error message whilst it is trying to load but otherwise appears to be the same version as was released before. Still, it is worrying that a new build had to be released at all so short an amount of time after the launch.
Oh and some important information here. Some of you (like me) may not be able to install and get an error message about a hardware problem. Don't worry, it is just an ill coded installer, you have to uninstall your old build and then install this one. The installer is just bad work, really it is totally rushed and poor, but what can do you about it?
Download the new build
Get it in your localised language (if it does not automatically at the link above)
More info about the new build and some of the changes in itUpdate: On a related note, over at ideas.live.com the 'Beta' tag has finally been removed from the Windows Live Messenger page and it now contains the words "Just released".
