MemSkin+ is a funky little program designed for MSN and Windows Live Messenger that has changed the face of skinning, by allowing you to select a skin you want to use for Messenger. It works by taking a resource file and loading it in Messenger's resources, replacing Messenger's default uifiles and images. The program works like a dream, however not many skins have been made for it yet.
The 1.1 update allows more compatibility with Messenger Plus! Live, but the most exciting feature now allows you to change skins without restarting Messenger! It's a great idea and a great program, let's hope some good skins come out for it soon.
