Web2Messenger returning?
Posted by absorbation on Wed 15 Nov 2006 (19:08 GMT)
After what seemed like the definite death of Web2Messenger, today a glimmer of hope shone down, it looks like the service is retuning. The problem was the downtime. The bots simply were taking too many resources on the servers, hopefully that now should be fixed with the server move. However because no bots are online just yet, the website has also remained down.

Nevertheless we don't know if the same old problems will come back and haunt the service. It seems like it has died, with everyone losing interest. I'm sure it will return with a twist of some kind though.

But Web2Messenger will still be handy for those who don't use Yahoo or Windows Live Messenger to contact you though.

Oh yeh, Web2Messenger, almost forgot it still exists...
Well, I don't really know if anyone will still use it. You can upload your status with Status2FTP and make an image using a simple PHP-script, and offline messaging is now included in WLM itself... Hmmm...
