New generation of patching: MessPatch Light
Posted by absorbation on Fri 17 Aug 2007 (17:16 GMT)

Patching Messenger is a must for me, I hate bloat and Messenger is really easy to customise by changing its resources. MessPatch Light is a great new way to patch Messenger, despite its lack of features, limitations on Windows Vista, and people's lack of trust for Java applications having so much access, you cannot deny this will make patching Messenger easier than ever.

It basically allows you to patch Messenger from your web browser, it is simple, easy and saves time. It may be early days yet, but it does have potential. Unfortunately mess.be have failed to provide a permalink to the website, but it is on the left hand side of the home page.

I like the idea, I just can't see myself using it. It does have potential though .

Here's the link: http://patch.mess.be/light/ (I haven't put it in the main post as I presume by not giving a permalink to it mess.be don't want it to be linked to directly, shame I easily found the URL then )
