I'm going to admit something here, something I'm not proud of ... I type fast on Messenger. OK, it may not be a big deal, but I do it because I don't want to come off as one of those slow push key typers to my contacts. Now because of this I often make a load of spelling and grammar errors. I've also gotten into the habit of doing this when writing essays or even blog posts (Word has picked up four spelling mistakes from the last few sentences I just typed, can you guess what they are?).
So I was very happy when I came across a little, yet very effective feature of StuffPlug 3, an add-on for Windows Live Messenger. It allows you to stop the display of the user is typing a message notification so your contacts cannot see if you're typing to them. This is something people may find useful if they don't want their contacts to know they were once typing a message to them.
It may not be a big feature, but some of you may want to know about it.

Its actually pretty useful, I use it all the time
Also, disabling the TypingUser packets is annoying as hell as it's used by everyone to know if someone's even bothering to reply to you. It's generally understood if you don't see the packets, someone isn't typing a message (with exceptions made for the fact that the connection is closed a minute later and you won't see TypingUser packets until it's reconnected), and it's relied on quite a bit.
