Australian users of Windows Live Messenger are priviledged to beta test a new feature, called Social Networking. The feature allows you to view your contacts friends (like MSN profiles) and then you can view their friends, then their friends etc ... It really looks good and it is fully intergrated into Windows Live Messenger.
Some details about this new feature:
- When you right-click on any Messenger contact you can select "View->Friends List" to browse their Friends List and see who they have in their contact list.
- You will be able to respond to pending requests from people to add them to your Friends List directly from Windows Live Messenger (like with Live Contacts now).
- It will be possible to browse someones Friends List from their Contact Card.
