Motorola has been announced as the next manufacturer of a Windows Live Messenger dual VOIP and landline cordless phone, following models already made by Uniden and Philips. The phone will apparently be called the Motorola T31 and have the same functionality of the previous phones.

Bill Gates announced the plans yesterday during his keynote speech at the WinHEC 2006 conference. He also announced details of more partners making hardware for Windows Live services.
